ABSTRACT
Neodymium-doped Ir/IrO 2 hollow structure significantly reduces the geometric loading of Ir in anodic catalyst layer of PEMWE without compromising catalytic layer performance. Nd doping induces critical interfacial Nd-O-Ir configurations that stabilize lattice oxygen, while intensified electron effect among mixed valent Ir that inhibits the overoxidation of Ir active sites, synergistically ensuring enhanced catalytic durability.

Synthesis and isolation;
Assembly-disassembly-reassembly process
ABSTRACT
The ESI-MS of an open cubane cluster Zn 4 L 4 exhibits both disassembly and reassembly fragments, which guide and lead to the successful synthesis of three new crystalline clusters Zn 1 , Zn 4 L 6 and Zn 6 L 6 corresponding to those observed in the MS. The series of ESI-MS for the clusters and crystal/solution/gas structural information relevance reveal assemble mechanism and the complex of chemical reactions.
